  • What is Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that combines self-defense techniques, fitness training, and discipline. It focuses on powerful kicks, punches, and agility, while also fostering mental strength and respect.
  • Do I need any prior experience to join?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, especially beginners. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve tried martial arts before, you’ll fit right in.
  • What should I wear to my first class?
You can start with comfortable workout clothes (e.g., a t-shirt and jogging pants). Once you’re ready to commit, you’ll need a Tae Kwon Do uniform (dobok), which we can help you order.
  • How fit do I need to be to start?
No specific fitness level is required. Our classes help you build strength, flexibility, and stamina at your own pace.
  • Will I learn self-defense?
Absolutely! Tae Kwon Do equips you with practical self-defence techniques while boosting your confidence and awareness.
  • What equipment will I need?
For beginners, no equipment is needed at first. As you advance, you’ll need a uniform, belt, and optional protective gear for sparring.
  • How often should I attend classes as a beginner?
We recommend attending 2–3 times a week to build consistency and progress effectively. Our instructors will guide you on the best schedule for your goals.
  • Can I try a class before committing?
Of course! We offer trial sessions so you can experience Tae Kwon Do before signing up for a membership.
  • Where can I find your schedule and fees?
Visit our Classes & Pricing page for detailed information. Alternatively, you can call or email us directly.
